What does catering include?
A menu created by our executive chef, service staff, table setup and culinary coordination. Every line item is documented in your comprehensive proposal.
Can we add guests later?
Yes. The per-person price is honoured within your contracted range, and every adjustment is recorded in the budget so there are never any surprises.
Can we use our own vendors or furniture?
Of course. We integrate them into the logistics and coordinate with them directly. Our job is to keep everything in sync, wherever it comes from.
How do payments work?
By bank transfer or cash, with a clear payment schedule from the start. We manage vendor payments, and you receive a precise record of each one.
The venue already has a coordinator. Why do we need a planner?
The venue coordinator looks after their space; we look after your wedding: concept, budget, vendors, design and the connection between them all — months before setup begins.
What if we organise it ourselves?
You can hire the best vendors and still experience a chaotic wedding: success lies in the coordination, not just the individual parts. Our craft is anticipating the breaking points you only learn about after 100 weddings.
